How to track my courier?

After you place an order, you will receive a tracking number in your Email. You can either track your order through the Courier website or sign in your account at CISBIN. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

If the logistics information shows that the package has been signed for but not actually received, what should be done?

The following situations may arise
– If they don’t scan it correctly, it will show up the next day.
– If you live in an apartment, the courier may have accidentally left it at a neighbor’s house or at the front desk. Please check it.

What if the package is lost?

If you didn’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
